Elias Neocleous is the Managing Partner of Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, Cyprus' largest international law firm.  He heads the general Corporate & Commercial team and specialist teams in banking & finance and tax structuring. Elias is an Oxford University law graduate and a barrister of the Inner Temple. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 1993. Elias’ main areas of practice are cross-border mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, trusts and estate planning and tax. Elias is a founder member of the Cyprus Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and serves on its committee. He is a Vice President of the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Elias is vastly experienced in advising on cross-border investment projects, and, in advising ultra-high net worth individuals, particularly those from Russia and Central and Eastern Europe, on wealth structuring and tax and succession planning. Chambers HNWI Guide describes him as having "strong expertise advising on foundations, trusts and asset management ".

He has many professional publications to his credit and is a frequent public speaker on tax planning and related issues.
